The BMW Genius is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes.

Requirements

Previous BMW Genius experience required
Excellent customer service skills, ability to go above customer expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. By phone, in-person, and email/text.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks on schedule
Proficient in Google Email, Sheets, Calendar.
A clean/valid New York State Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Maintain strong knowledge of BMW products, services, and processes through on-the-job-training to answer customer questions effectively and promote a high quality BMW image.
Address client issues in a timely and effective manner; be available by phone and in the dealership to assist with any technological issues.
Keep track of daily deliveries, assist salespeople, and thoroughly explain all the features of vehicles to clients.
Assist in ensuring the safe and proper maintenance and use of physical resources such as exterior display and parking, showroom area, display systems, and demonstrator vehicles.
Travel to clients’ homes as necessary for at-home deliveries and technology tutorials.
Assist in dealer swaps when needed.
Perform physical functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures.
