The Program Coordinator oversees all operational functions within the Request for Information (RFI) and Mail Room units. This role is responsible for guiding staff in accurately processing RFI requests, driver and vehicle records, mail handling tasks, and all associated workflow queues while ensuring adherence to agency policies, procedures, and turnaround standards. You will supervise a team of ten employees, maintaining timely and accurate processing through active monitoring of workloads, queue management, task assignments, and daily efficiencies. Key duties include cross‑training, daily reporting, auditing work for accuracy, and maintaining required documentation. The position also supports broader agency operations by updating department manuals, delivering regular training and performance feedback, approving timesheets, managing attendance, conducting one‑on‑one and team meetings, administering discipline, and ensuring overall compliance with agency expectations.
