About The Position
This is a hands-on role supporting production and advanced 3D inspection systems. It is not a general labor position, and candidates should understand shop environments and care about quality. This role offers an opportunity to move into inspection and aerospace-quality work for individuals with manufacturing or machine shop experience.
Requirements
- Manufacturing / machining / production experience required
- Comfortable with measurement tools or inspection tasks
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes
- Able to work full 3rd shift schedule
- Must have hands-on or manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Load/unload parts and support production flow
- Perform visual inspection and basic measurements (calipers, micrometers)
- Prep parts (deburr, clean, fixture)
- Assist with Blue Light Scanning (ZEISS ATOS) and CMM inspection
- Keep work areas clean and organized
