Perform multiple job duties and responsibilities depending on department vacancies. This role requires maintaining a working knowledge of jobs within the assigned department and across the facility. The Utility Worker will perform all duties assigned throughout the facility caused by production fluctuations and requirements. A key responsibility is to report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately. The position also involves obtaining and maintaining all required certifications and licenses, and maintaining safe working conditions for employees while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues. Adherence to DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and working in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements is essential.
