About The Position

We are seeking skilled Blow Molding Process Technicians for a plastics packaging company in New Berlin, WI. This role involves setting up and operating blow-molding machines, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications, safety regulations, and GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality standards.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience with blow molding equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and operation
• Experienced with basic computer and iPad operations; including using Microsoft Office programs
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to provide own basic tools

Responsibilities

• Set-up and Operate blow-molding machines
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines
• Perform routine maintenance
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
• Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies
