About The Position

Catania Oils is hiring an entry-level Blow Mold Operator for its Blow Mold Division in Ayer, Massachusetts. The role involves setting up and operating blow molding machinery, monitoring machine performance, handling excess material, checking product quality, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience operating blow mold machines.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
English fluency.
Basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate blow molding machinery according to specifications.
Monitor machine settings, temperature, and timing to support optimal performance.
Trim, inspect, and regrind excess material for reuse.
Check product quality and accuracy through weighing and visual inspections.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
