The Manager, Pathology reports to the Director of Pathology Administration and the Medical Director of the laboratory section. This role is responsible for the administrative and technical management of one or more pathology laboratory sections within an academic medical center. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating administrative functions such as personnel management, budget preparation and analysis, and financial/statistical reporting Developing and monitoring new programs Maintaining and updating procedural manuals Supporting initiatives to increase outpatient testing market share.
