Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate
Previous experience with chemical blending or industrial manufacturing preferred
Able to perform at a high level in a dynamic environment requiring a high degree of attention to detail and precision.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day.
Knowledge of how to operate warehousing equipment such as a forklift preferred.
Attention to detail to ensure quality of work completed and safety of self and others.
Ability to read and understand basic work order instructions and schedules.
Good verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Blending and packaging of quality lubricants for automotive and industrial uses.
Blend various automotive lubricants and specialty liquids according to established recipes and procedures.
Ability to effectively prioritize workload.
Frequent communication with team members and management to plan daily workload and proactively communicate process status and issues.
Continuous monitoring of the production process and maintain exceptional quality controls.
Repackage product, as directed, from bulk containers to various packaging containers.
Maintain detailed records relative to all blends and repacks.
Maintain accurate inventory of blended products and materials.
Responsible for cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work area
Participate in loading and preparing products for shipping to our customers.
Must have a safety mindset and commit to wearing proper safety gear and operate all equipment carefully and appropriately.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and notify supervisor if repairs are necessary.
Work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
Other duties, to be assigned as needed.
