Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Previous experience with chemical blending or industrial manufacturing preferred
  • Able to perform at a high level in a dynamic environment requiring a high degree of attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day.
  • Knowledge of how to operate warehousing equipment such as a forklift preferred.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality of work completed and safety of self and others.
  • Ability to read and understand basic work order instructions and schedules.
  • Good verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with chemical blending or industrial manufacturing
  • Knowledge of how to operate warehousing equipment such as a forklift

Responsibilities

  • Blending and packaging of quality lubricants for automotive and industrial uses.
  • Blend various automotive lubricants and specialty liquids according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload.
  • Frequent communication with team members and management to plan daily workload and proactively communicate process status and issues.
  • Continuous monitoring of the production process and maintain exceptional quality controls.
  • Repackage product, as directed, from bulk containers to various packaging containers.
  • Maintain detailed records relative to all blends and repacks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of blended products and materials.
  • Responsible for cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work area
  • Participate in loading and preparing products for shipping to our customers.
  • Must have a safety mindset and commit to wearing proper safety gear and operate all equipment carefully and appropriately.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and notify supervisor if repairs are necessary.
  • Work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Other duties, to be assigned as needed.
