Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations, a recognized leader in the refurbishment of aero-engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoils, is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. Requirements

HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US)

Nice To Haves

Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 3 months of experience in the aerospace industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for at least 3 months.
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise software for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of surface preparation and repair operations on aero-engine turbine airfoil components, including grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasks.
Support the development and training of team members to enhance overall team capability.
Proactively engage in activities that promote personal development and contribute to team success.
Execute additional duties as required to support the operational needs of the facility.
Strictly adhere to and promote compliance with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Foster positive and collaborative working relationships with colleagues and leadership.
