About The Position

This role involves determining the priority of jobs for processing, inspecting parts before, during, and after processing, and selecting the appropriate media according to specifications and customer requirements. The position also includes completing necessary paperwork, ensuring proper PPE and safety guidelines are followed, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities also extend to the correct disposal of hazardous waste and processing parts with minimal supervision while practicing behaviors that prevent damage to parts.

Requirements

Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed.
Maintain a clean working area at all times by disposing of any unnecessary trash.
Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
Competently process parts with little or no supervision.
Practice behavior which avoids damage to parts and protects the part from damage.

Responsibilities

Determine priority of jobs to begin preparing for processing.
Inspection of the part before, during, and after processing.
Select appropriate media according to specifications and customer requirements.
Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
