About The Position

API Heat Transfer is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about being part of a transformation. The company is undergoing a new mission, has new leadership, and is accelerating its path to Lean Cultural Change. The Operations Team is on its way to becoming a Lean Management powerhouse. This role is for a Blaster/Grinder A on the Second Shift.

Requirements

Ability to perform full scope of blasting to obtain finishes of white, near white or commercial finish on all component parts.
Ability to operate automatic lance blast and manual blast nozzle.
Ability to perform own set up of equipment, loading and unloading of material.
Ability to perform full scope of work as required by Grinder A when not performing sandblast operation.
Ability to perform full scope of grinding/polishing work in a highly skilled manner.
Ability to set up for self, using prints, specifications and process sheets.

Responsibilities
