About The Position

The Sales Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends while providing customers with an exceptional experience. The associate carries out initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team and contributes positively to the store team. The role focuses on customer service, sales and operational goals, visual standards, store organization, digital sales strategies, and representing the PacSun brand. This is a part-time position requiring availability for 20–40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Requirements

Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
Ability to work 20–40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Frequently lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Frequently sit or stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

Participate in company and store contests and events.
Stay informed about financial goals and priorities and support leadership in meeting sales and operational goals.
Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
Represent the PacSun brand through enthusiasm for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
Contribute to a positive work environment by exhibiting company core values.
