This role is responsible for supporting company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries and maintaining quality work processes. The associate will follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). They will maintain mastery on all certified skills through ongoing skills audits and rotation. Responsibilities include starting up, operating, maintaining, sanitizing, and monitoring equipment and machinery for production processing of fillings, dough, and shut down procedures. Additional training will be provided to perform responsibilities effectively, ensuring schedules, quality, and workplace safety are maintained. The associate may also perform other tasks as required by the Team Leader or Line Lead and will work overtime to achieve production and maintenance schedules. This position reports to the line team lead.
