This role is responsible for supporting company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries, maintaining quality work processes, and adhering to Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The associate will maintain mastery of certified skills through ongoing audits and rotations. Key responsibilities include starting up, operating, maintaining, sanitizing, and monitoring equipment and machinery for production processing of fillings and dough, including shutdown procedures. Additional training will be provided to perform responsibilities effectively, ensuring schedules, quality, and workplace safety are maintained. The role also involves performing other tasks as required by the Team Leader or Line Lead and working overtime to achieve production and maintenance schedules. The position reports to the line team lead.
