About The Position
As a Bistro Server at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Amarillo, you will help create a welcoming and efficient dining environment for hotel guests. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and restocking the bistro and breakfast area throughout service, preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, greeting and engaging guests warmly, maintaining cleanliness and organization, following food safety standards, and assisting with inventory and supply ordering.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- TABC and Food Handler-certified

- Previous hospitality or food service experience
Responsibilities
