About The Position
As a Bistro Server, you'll help create a welcoming and efficient dining environment for our hotel guests. You'll set up, maintain, and restock the bistro and breakfast area throughout service. You will prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages. You will greet and engage guests warmly, offering recommendations and assistance. You will maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining area and serving stations. You will follow all food safety and sanitation standards. You will also assist with inventory and supply ordering as needed.
Requirements
- TABC and Food Handler-certified
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or food service experience
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
