About The Position

Bistro @ Bluewater is hiring a Bistro Crew Member for its kitchen team in Johns Island, South Carolina, just outside the Kiawah Island gate. The position contributes to the guest experience by preparing food, providing friendly service, maintaining clean workspaces, and collaborating with the team. It is suitable for both people new to the food industry and experienced kitchen professionals; training and support are provided, and advancement opportunities are available for team members who demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude. The role takes place in a fast-paced kitchen and requires following standard recipes and food-safety procedures, keeping workstations organized, and completing physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Schedules are flexible and may include weekends and varied shifts. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check.

Requirements
