As a Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality and presentation in workstation as directed by the Supervisor/Manager. Prepare a variety of food options, as well as hot and cold beverages. This role requires adherence to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life, and participation in all required meetings and training. You will prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards, properly handle and maintain all equipment, and respond to orders, questions, concerns, and constructive feedback in a polite and efficient manner. Accurate cash and credit card handling, following appropriate cash-handling procedures, and serving customers quickly and efficiently are key aspects of this position. The role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu offerings to make recommendations. Observing relevant health and safety standards, ensuring opening/closing duties are complete as per protocol, and having a thorough knowledge of all retail items are also essential. You will abide by all policies and safety rules and perform other duties as requested by management.
