About The Position

The Bistro Attendant role, referred to as a Guest Service Expert, focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests beyond just serving food. • Less than 1 year related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification

Responsibilities

• Set tables
• Communicate with the kitchen
• Interact and serve guests
• Clean work areas and supplies
• Create a safe workplace
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Uphold quality standards
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
• Read and visually verify information (managing the menu)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds with assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
