About The Position
The Birthday Party Team Member is expected to provide excellent guest service while working with customers to create a great Birthday Party Experience. This position involves working with guest services, food and beverage departments and management. Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
- Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team Members
- Must work well with others
- Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venue
- Commitment to the safety and well-being of others
- Reliable Transportation
Nice To Haves
- Flexible working schedule - some daytime shifts will be required
- Must be available to work weeknights, weekends and holiday
- Between the ages of 17 and 24 years old
Responsibilities
- Interacting and assisting guests as needed
- Assist with parties from set up to take down
- Stock, maintain, and clean the birthday rooms as necessary throughout parties
- Able to multi task
- Sports training programs, clinics, and camps
- Sports performance training
- Youth and adult leagues, tournaments, and events
