About The Position

Manage tasks and initiatives associated with the product development life cycle for digital products and services. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in an Agile role supporting software development or technical teams
  • Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Knowledge of Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, increment planning, sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint review, and retrospective
  • Ability to communicate requirements, manage scope, set priorities, and maintain alignment between stakeholder needs and team capacity
  • Ability to identify, assess, and track project risks that impact delivery milestones
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD intelligence environments or supporting defense-related programs
  • Experience providing system demos and training to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Ability to foster collaboration across various teams
  • Ability to be proactive, detail-oriented, and operate in a dynamic environment
  • Possession of excellent communication and relationship-building skills
