Leidos is seeking a Product Owner to support business process management, systems analysis, and data analytic support in transitioning its case management system. The selected will be a liaison between the group and the end users. We are looking for a PM type, go- getter with strong soft skills as they will be working directly with various levels of stakeholders. This is not a spot for someone newly cleared or an entry level position. This office responds to harassment allegations, workplace conflicts, and grievances from the workforce. The customer utilizes a case management system to maintain case records. The system collects layers of structured data on all case records that is analyzed to generate static and dynamic reports and infographics used to derive business insights and assess and improve data health. This office is in the process of transitioning from a basic system that requires manual export and triage of data for analysis and metric creation in Excel, to a custom system that has out-of-the box basic dashboard metrics.
