About The Position

This role involves hands-on manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. The Associate II will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, sterilizing, batching, filtering, and delivering media and solutions. They will also set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment, perform sampling and analytical testing, and operate filter integrity equipment. The position requires monitoring process performance, escalating issues, executing CIP cleaning and sterilization, and adhering to SOPs and GMP documentation practices. Safety procedures and policies must be followed. The role also includes executing manufacturing activities, identifying and communicating issues, supporting team operations, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives, while applying basic knowledge of systems and tools.

Requirements

• 1+ years of directly related manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Demonstration of a high level of performance

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, filter, and deliver media and solutions
• Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment
• Perform sampling and analytical testing
