About The Position

The Biopharmaceutical Associate II will be responsible for a variety of manufacturing activities within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, adherence to strict documentation practices, and a commitment to safety. The associate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of production operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of directly related manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Demonstration of a high level of performance

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, filter, and deliver media and solutions
• Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment
• Perform sampling and analytical testing
• Operate filter integrity equipment
• Monitor process performance and escalate issues
• Execute CIP cleaning and sterilization
• Follow SOPs and GMP documentation practices
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies
• Execute manufacturing activities following established procedures
• Identify and communicate issues to stakeholders
• Support team operations and collaboration
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply basic knowledge of systems and tools
