About The Position

Requirements
- Doctoral degree
- Postdoctoral experience
- Demonstrated success in working well with faculty, administrators and students in an educational environment
- Knowledge of education pedagogy, assessment, and trends in medical education
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for and commitment to medical student education
Nice To Haves
- Previous teaching experience (for Assistant Professor)
- Extensive teaching in the medical education setting with evidence of teaching effectiveness (for advanced positions)
- Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities (for advanced positions)
