About The Position

As a Biomedical Services Specialist at DaVita, you will be trained to repair and regularly service Dialysis Machines, becoming part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. This role primarily covers the Gilbert, AZ area, with on-call pay, mileage reimbursement, and additional travel pay offered for work outside the designated area. This position is crucial for keeping life-giving dialysis treatments operational in DaVita's clinics. The ideal candidate enjoys repairing machines, thrives in demanding environments, and is eager to contribute as a clinic guardian.

Requirements

High School Diploma (GED) or Accredited HSD or GED REQUIRED at time of Onboarding
A valid driver’s license within the state of application
Valid automobile insurance
Acceptable driving record
Reside fairly close to the clinics & Hospitals located in the designated area for adequate emergency response coverage
Great communications skills
Tech Savvy, can troubleshoot with ease
Solid computer skills (MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and internet navigation)
Available for on-call rotations when needed

Nice To Haves

Mechanical abilities, repairs, strong electronics knowledge & diagnostics (preferred, but DaVita will train and certify the right candidate)
