About The Position

As a Biomedical Services Specialist at DaVita, you will be trained to repair and regularly service Dialysis Machines, playing a vital role in keeping life-giving dialysis treatments operational in clinics. This position primarily covers the Norfolk, NE area, with compensation for on-call duties, mileage reimbursement, and additional travel pay for areas outside the designated region. DaVita seeks individuals with mechanical aptitude, a knack for repairs, and strong electronics knowledge and diagnostics, though training and certification will be provided for the right candidate. The role requires excellent communication skills, tech-savviness for troubleshooting, and solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and internet navigation. Requirements

• High School Diploma (GED) – Accredited HSD or GED REQUIRED at time of Onboarding
• A valid driver’s license within the state of application
• Valid automobile insurance and an acceptable driving record
• Reside fairly close to the clinics & Hospitals located in the designated area to provide adequate emergency response coverage
• Available for on-call rotations when needed

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical abilities, repairs, strong electronics knowledge & diagnostics (preferred, or demonstrated aptitude)
• Great communications skills
• Tech Savvy, can troubleshoot with ease
• Solid computer skills (MS Office applications like Word, Excel and Outlook, internet navigation)
