This is a one-year, fixed-term position with an anticipated duration of 12 months. Bioinformatician: Computational Omics and Predictive Modeling Responsible for developing, implementing, adapting, and validating computational prediction models using large-scale multi-omic, clinical, and phenotypic data. The role develops reproducible analytical workflows, optimizes code for high-performance computing, addresses cross-cohort differences in data processing and feature availability, and evaluates model performance in independent datasets across clinically relevant prediction horizons. Works collaboratively with investigators and external partners to ensure rigorous, reproducible, and interpretable model validation.
