Requirements

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma required.
Two years of experience in Bingo Operations or gaming is required.
Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required.
Must possess computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Word and Excel.
Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

College degree is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures that each session is adequately staffed with Bingo Callers, Bingo Service Rep Is and Bingo Service Rep IIs.
Takes responsibility for ensuring Team Members are trained and developed in Bingo Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and monthly shift schedules.
Maintains frequent communication with all work areas to ensure efficiency, performance standards and superior guest service.
Maintains thorough knowledge of Bingo Operations internal functions, controls and software updates.
Portrays themselves as a positive role model for the Bingo team. Practices the highest standards of integrity and honesty and sets high ethical standards; while promoting a fun and inviting atmosphere for both team members and players.
