About The Position

Indigo Sky Casino is seeking a Bingo Clerk to assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service to all Bingo patrons. This role involves selling merchandise, Bingo packs, specials, and pull tabs, as well as receiving payments, making change, and reconciling sales. The Bingo Clerk will also verify Bingos and payouts, sort and count merchandise, paper, and pull tabs, and adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the Bingo department. Maintaining consistent attendance is also a key function of this role.

• Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1/2 hours per day.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
• Must be able to read, write and speak basic English

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests with questions and provides guest service to all Bingo patrons.
• Sells a variety of merchandise, Bingo packs, and specials and pull tabs both at the cashier window and on the Bingo floor.
• Receives payment and makes change for Bingo Sales.
• Calculates total payments received during a time period, and reconciles this with total sales.
• Sorts, counts and verifies merchandise, paper and pull tabs.
• Verifies Bingos.
• Payouts of verified Bingos.
• Follows Policy and Procedures set forth by the Bingo department.
• Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
