Bingo Clerk
About The Position
The Bingo Clerk assists guests and provides customer service to Bingo patrons. The role sells merchandise, Bingo packs, specials, and pull tabs at the cashier window and on the Bingo floor; receives payments and makes change; calculates and reconciles payments with sales; sorts, counts, and verifies merchandise, paper, and pull tabs; verifies Bingos; and pays out verified Bingos. The clerk follows Bingo department policies and procedures and maintains consistent, regular attendance. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. The position is based at Indigo Sky Casino in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. It is full-time, with a swing shift, and offers a starting rate of $9.73 per hour plus tips. The casino maintains an alcohol- and drug-free workplace. Work takes place in casino operations with secondhand smoke and high noise.
Requirements

- Customer service and cash-handling experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
- Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
- Ability to maneuver in the casino and observe and respond to customer questions and complaints.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 7.5 hours per day; lift up to 50 pounds; and stretch, bend, kneel, twist, and reach.

Responsibilities

- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
