About The Position

The Bingo Associate is a natural entertainer who loves being in the heart of the action. This role requires a big voice and a big personality. As the Bingo Associate, you are fast on your feet and ready to deliver the winning numbers to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable time as well as making sure the game moves smoothly.

Requirements

• Ability to have fun on the job.

• Friendly, patient, and understanding of our guests? needs.
• Capacity to take ownership of the gaming floor.
• Can remain calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Enjoy working with spreadsheets.
• Can roll up your sleeves and work well with others.
• Benefit from working flexible hours, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to exchange monetary values and balance a float.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Good vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and able to adjust focus.

• Bingo Caller/Seller experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Announce prize amounts and call numbers for bingo games.
• Check proper ID, sells bingo cards and products.
• Identify bingo winners and pay out wins from float.
• Event preparation, including ensuring equipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate records.
