About The Position

The Bingo Caller position at Indigo Sky Casino is a part-time role responsible for managing bingo sessions. This involves ensuring all equipment is functioning, accurately calling numbers, inputting game information into the computer, and tracking jackpot amounts and winners. The role requires excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic casino environment.

High school diploma or GED preferred
Customer service experience
Computer skills
Public speaking ability
Ability to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
Ability to maneuver in the casino
Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1/2 hours per day.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English.
Great attitude, observant, able to accept criticism.

Responsibilities

Monitors and checks light boards to ensure all lights are working.
Pulls the numbers for the particular session of play.
Puts information into the computer regarding the game information for the session in play.
Keeps track of correct jackpot amounts and the winners.
