About The Position

The N2 Company is seeking a seasonal Binding & Packaging Associate for their Print facility in Irving, Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring magazines are bound and packaged efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position with the potential for permanent employment, running from mid-October through January 2027. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:15 pm to 1:45 am CST, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities

Inspect bound books to ensure they meet N2’s quality standards and promptly report any issues.
Strap bundled publications securely and place them in the correct mail tote or on the designated mailing pallet.
Pack and organize mail pallets according to N2’s packing standards.
Move completed or incomplete mail pallets to the appropriate mailing zone.
Perform other duties as assigned to support mailing and production operations.
