Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with supervision, tech support, and other associates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to understand printing jobs and instructions
Must be a team player who is detail-orientated and thorough in completing work tasks.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted
Ability to walk and stand for long periods
Punctual, follows directions, asks questions, is energetic and conscious with a can do attitude!

Nice To Haves

Familiar with any or all of the following: Perfect Binders, Stitchers, Folders, Creasers, Guillotine Cutters as well as Punch and Bind equipment.
Additional finishing equipment or electro-mechanical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Experienced operator with Make ready, operation, and maintenance of bindery equipment
Required to keep good records and ensure product meets quality standards
Maintain safety and OSHA standards as well as a professional work area.
