Comfort Systems USA•Fort Worth, TX

About The Position

DynaTen Corporation, a Comfort Systems USA Company, provides commercial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation solutions across North Texas. The BIM Project Manager drives schedules, documentation, and deliverables across multiple large commercial mechanical projects. The role coordinates assigned BIM resources, tracks RFIs, constraints, decisions, and approvals, and aligns coordination with procurement, fabrication, and field installation. It is primarily a project-management role with limited hands-on modeling. The position reports to the BIM Manager, teaches and coaches assigned team members, and owns day-to-day follow-through while the BIM Manager retains department priorities and staffing decisions. The role requires delivering BIM coordination for complex commercial mechanical projects, maintaining project information and reporting, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress, risks, milestones, and resource needs. Work takes place in a non-controlled environment and may involve ladders, elevated surfaces, and exposure to the elements. Employees must wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
