About The Position
The BIM Manager leads digital design, multi-trade coordination, and preconstruction modeling for mechanical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems across a diverse range of projects. The role is with a mechanical contracting firm that provides HVAC preconstruction, construction, and renovation services for healthcare, mission-critical, industrial, higher education, and commercial projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM coordination, VDC, or mechanical construction.
- Proficiency with multiple design software products.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design, hydronic piping, plumbing, and fabrication.
- Leadership and management qualities.
