About The Position

NV5 Digital is seeking an experienced, highly motivated BIM Manager / Revit Specialist to join their Digital Design team. This role involves working alongside a collaborative team to serve assigned BIM Management clients, providing responsive, consistent, and proactive support. The ideal candidate will have deep AEC knowledge and a proven ability to understand project phases, their importance, and the practicalities of project execution. This is a consulting role where you will help multiple teams improve their BIM workflows and Revit usage.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Revit experience working in or with AEC firms.
Demonstrated ability to understand project-wide impacts, identify patterns, and improve workflows.
Strong proficiency in architectural Revit workflows; MEP experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain templates, develop family libraries, and support Revit environments across active client accounts.
Proficiency with ACC/Forma – setup, administration, and user enablement.
Experience delivering training or technical guidance to peers or client teams.
Organized and reliable, managing own time and workload effectively.
Clear and consistent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow through on commitments and flag issues early.
Comfortable working directly with clients in meetings and training sessions.
Team player, willing to ask for help, share knowledge, and contribute to group improvement.

Nice To Haves

MEP experience is a meaningful plus.
2- or 4-year degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Responsibilities

Serve as part of a team supporting assigned BIM Management clients, ensuring responsiveness, consistency, and proactivity.
Build and maintain client-specific Revit templates, family libraries, and BIM standards documentation.
Conduct project kickoffs and advise client teams on Revit workflows, project setup, and best practices.
Perform regular project health checks, identifying patterns and root causes of issues, and recommending sustainable improvements.
Deliver Revit training to client staff through one-on-one sessions, small groups, and structured programs tailored to their skill levels and workflows.
Set up and administer ACC/Forma environments, collaborating with client IT on access and infrastructure.
Maintain client knowledge bases, workflow guides, and BIM resources, ensuring they are current and useful.
Contribute to internal practice improvement by sharing knowledge and identifying areas for enhancement.
