About The Position

John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC is the local leader in dockside, mid-streaming, and offshore fueling along the Mississippi River, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Houston, Texas, and into the Gulf of Mexico. This position is located at the Houston Mega Lubricants Facility in Houston, TX.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable Transportation to and from Work
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Dependable/ reliable
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior experience as an Administrator Assistant

Responsibilities

• Process all tickets and get approvals for invoicing
• Ascend – order entry, delivery, invoice auditing, print/send, credit rebills
• Create invoices according to company practices; submits invoices
• Answer phones
• General clerical duties
• Knowledge of basic accounting principals
• Inventory support
• Other duties that may be requested by Director, Supervisor or Executive Management as needed
