About The Position

In this role, you’ll handle time and travel processing, verify billing data, and coordinate medical supply orders that directly support patient care. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining precision. We are transitioning to HCHB-Homecare Homebase from Netsmart. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to successfully pass motor vehicle, criminal record, adult and child abuse, and Office of Inspector General background checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare billing and medical supply management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review employee time, travel, and service data in Netsmart prior to the payroll team running payroll.
  • Verify patient and service information daily to ensure complete and compliant records.
  • Coordinate and process medical supply orders to ensure timely next-day delivery to patients.
  • Monitor, track, and maintain supply inventory, assisting with efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with billing, finance, and clinical teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow accuracy.
