Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills a plus, and familiarity with web browsers like Chrome and Edge
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Skill in handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a high-volume or multi-location environment preferred
• Experience with batch accounting, Sage 100, or Acumatica is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review customer invoices daily across multiple locations to ensure precision and compliance
• Partner with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and distribution, to resolve billing issues
• Conduct periodic audits to verify that invoicing processes align with internal standards
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial data
