Requirements
- 3–5 years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus
- Associate’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and organize billing records, customer files, and payment documentation
- Perform data entry for accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer payment issues
- Support month-end and year-end billing processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
