About The Position

You will be supported by senior individuals who like to help and teach, and have the opportunity to improve your technical and soft skills through both internal and external training. Ensures the subscription order process is accurate and done in a timely manner As a customer advocate, ensures billing inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently (first time right) Monitors and reviews outstanding subscription billing issues and follows up with the appropriate internal or external teams to address and ensure corrective action Works in collaboration with finance department to ensure procedures and contract specifications are followed. Identifies process improvements related to subscription billing to Senior Lead. Tracks and follow ups on disputes and/or missing information

Requirements

  • Customer centric
  • Detail oriented
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a related position
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365/CRM an asset
