Ensures the subscription order process is accurate and done in a timely manner As a customer advocate, ensures billing inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently (first time right) Monitors and reviews outstanding subscription billing issues and follows up with the appropriate internal or external teams to address and ensure corrective action Works in collaboration with finance department to ensure procedures and contract specifications are followed. Identifies process improvements related to subscription billing to Senior Lead. Tracks and follow ups on disputes and/or missing information
