About The Position

Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit. Setpoint also uses this infrastructure to provide collateralized debt facilities to businesses. This role will focus mostly on the technology side of the business. We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team! This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with multiple functions across the organization. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and sits in Austin, TX.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Proficiency in Excel
Interest in AI and emerging technologies
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with NetSuite, Expensify, BILL, and Maxio is a plus

Responsibilities

Work closely with Setpoint’s Accounting Manager and accounting team to manage Setpoint’s accounting processes and month-end close.
Interact with customers and vendors to ensure timely billing, collections, and payments.
Coordinate with Setpoint’s Engineering and Product teams to ensure accurate customer billing and reporting.
Track and categorize Setpoint’s banking activity and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Collaborate with Setpoint department heads to ensure that all expenses are reported timely and categorized appropriately.
Interact with customers and vendors to ensure timely collections and payments.
