About The Position
Our Client in Thorofare, NJ is seeking a Billing Specialist to handle billing and invoicing for construction projects. This is a temp-to-hire position offering $20-$25/hour starting ASAP.
Requirements
- Previous billing or invoicing experience required
- Experience with billing or accounting software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on-site full-time
- Reliable and able to start ASAP
Responsibilities
- Perform billing and invoicing for construction projects
- Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Work within billing software, including Foundations
- Assist with general billing and administrative tasks as needed
