About The Position
Cox Media Group is searching for a Billing Specialist I. This is an 8-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs. The role involves answering inbound inquiries, reviewing contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances, presenting information clearly, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client inquiries.
Requirements
- Candidate must sit in EST
- Previous experience answering a high volume of incoming calls
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Genesys experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound inquiries, via phone and email, from external and internal clients related to Billing
- Review, understand, and converse with clients regarding their contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances
- Present information to clients clearly and concisely as well as document this information appropriately in Salesforce and SAP
- Collaborate within the Finance Team (Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Collections) as well as other internal teams (e.g., Sales, Retention, Business Leadership) as needed to resolve all client inquiries
