About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated Billing Revenue Cycle Specialist to support the organization’s financial health and efficient revenue cycle operations. The role ensures timely and accurate submission of medical claims to commercial and government payors by maintaining billing accuracy, identifying and resolving claim issues, and collaborating with internal teams to support timely reimbursement for services provided.

Proud Moments ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21, offering expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care. The position is advertised as remote. The salary range is $55,000–$60,000 annually, with competitive pay commensurate with education, experience, and location.

Requirements

• Prior experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage pre-billing filters to ensure clean claim submission in accordance with payor guidelines.
• Submit high volumes of claims accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and respond to a high volume of emails professionally and promptly.
• Process insurance, entity, and authorization updates for a high volume of time sheets.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Audit and maintain Excel-based reports.
• Identify and escalate billing issues proactively to minimize claim rejections and delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient workflows and resolve billing issues.
