About The Position
Work independently and as part of a team triaging cases from Sales/Customer Solutions and finding resolutions to billing issues. Collecting data from ARBRR and PowerBI, generating excel spreadsheets and/or Pivot Tables to show trends all while maintaining productions standards. Outbound calls to Quest clients for outstanding invoices owed to Quest.

Responsibilities
- Triage cases from Sales/Customer Solutions and find resolutions to billing issues.
- Collect data from ARBRR and PowerBI.
- Generate excel spreadsheets and/or Pivot Tables to show trends.
- Maintain production standards.
- Make outbound calls to Quest clients for outstanding invoices.
