About The Position

North American Medical Associates seeks an experienced Billing Manager to lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations for both Physician/Professional Services and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) facility billing. This role owns Revenue Integrity, compliant charge capture and optimized reimbursement across in-network and out-of-network payers, with proven expertise in Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PIP). The role requires strong data analytics capability to assess performance, identify trends, quantify revenue risk/opportunity, and guide operational and payer strategies decisions. The Billing Manager will provide direct staff oversight, accountability, and coaching to internal billing and AR teams. Exempt position: $60,000 and up depending on experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Billing or related Financial area.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS), CPC, or similar.

Responsibilities
