About The Position
The Billing Dispatch Assistant will work with customers and logistics personnel to verify the location of transporters. This role involves verifying vehicle deliveries and pickups, entering vehicle information into a computerized system, and assisting brokers with follow-up and data entry into our systems.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with both internal personnel and external customers
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong computer skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Highly dependable
- Must be able to work 40 hours
- Must have reliable transportation

- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
